2014 can be different for you....

See the world around you ...
everything is changing... and not necessarily for the better. 
When it is close to impossible to change the circumstances in which we find ourselves, the only factor that can be changed is ourselves.

In a lecture I delivered to students in their early twenties, the topic came about to "why should we bother about these matters of health when we are so fit and eager today..."

True, the time we realize, taking urgent care becomes imperative. Heart is such a topic, no one will delay for too long or shy from seeking the best help.

I write this blog now, four months after the publication encouraged with the comments about the many small and big changes in the health (body and mind) people have enjoyed from tips in the book. and hope many more get the opportunity to change for the better.

Energy Medicine

Medicine =
med -(mediator or an interlink to..)
I - (the ego we all exist by, identity or mental/emotional impression we wish to project)
cine - or SIN; something that goes against the laws/rules/ harmony set by nature.

Energy medicine would then be the most appropriate 'balm" that brings back to harmony mind and body; ego and acceptance for better health. and this really does not depend on 'medicines', technology of investigations or another.... the real energy medicine is the flow of humility, surrender and deep gratitude that will heal anything.

The funny thing about fatigue

Fatigue according to Wikipedia;
Fatigue (also called exhaustion, lethargy, languidness, languor, lassitude, and listlessness) is a state of awareness describing a range of afflictions, usually associated with physical and/or mental weakness, though varying from a general state of lethargy to a specific work-induced burning sensation within one's muscles. ………
When things get from bad to worst fatigue becomes chronic fatigue syndrome and the symptoms are classified as:
  • Impaired memory or concentration
  • Post-exertional malaise, where physical or mental exertions bring on "extreme, prolonged exhaustion and sickness"
  • Un-refreshing sleep
  • Muscle pain
  • Pain in multiple joints
  • Headaches of a new kind or greater severity
  • Sore throat, frequent or recurring
  • Tender lymph nodes (cervical or axillary)

Have you noticed that these symptoms are a part of daily life of more than 85%  people all around us including self?
Do we need to get into a state of long standing lethargy and exhaustion (as per “Fatigue”)and think of these as apart from a lazy personality to be told that CFS could set in.
Is there point of tolerance?
Let us ACT prevention… How:

Know one fact; irrespective of the situation ..”this too shall pass”. Our attachment to success and failures, pain and happiness, competitions and rewards steals the ”present” moment and very often, deviated our efforts to stay on path of the work in hand procrastination is the root to most mental and emotional destabilized states. Depression or over elation becomes the foundation of ill health and disease.
